Where can I find a list of all the cars and what kinda oil do they use?

does it matter which oil? Are you worried about cost of conventional vs synthetic? Most newer cars use synthetic, a few years ago, semi synthetic, and older ones used conventional. I wouldn't purchase a car based on oil weight and type. Buy what you like and for your needs and what you can afford.

I doubt there is any such list. Why does it matter?
