Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

We are trying to sell our car. Both my husband's and my names are on the title.
When we transfer title, do both of us have to be present to sign the title?

Look at your title. what does it have between your name and your husbands? and or , or? and or means both, or means one. Sometimes a signature and a drivers license is enough for one party not present. I'd check with your states DMV on the rules or where you will be doing the transfer.
