Question type: General

Just purchased a 2019 sentra from a reputable
dealer but didn't notice till i got home the steering
wheel is completely upside down... is this a sign
that there's a big issue like an accident or damage
the dealer is hiding from me?  The carfax said it
had no damage but it wss provided to me by the
dealership.

Most likely the steering wheel was removed for a repair to the steering column. Possibly the airbag clock spring or maybe the turn signal switch has been replaced. I would take it back and have the Dealer put the steering wheel on right side up! Hope that helps! Jim

I would have them fix it. It is possible that an alignment made it off but probably not that much. I would get a professional opinion from an alignment shop and a body shop. Get a Car Fax directly as dealers have been known to fake them.
