Mdo you guys take care of my registration when I purchase
one of your vehicles or must I still go the dmv....
somewhere?

Cargurus is just an ad listing site, so yes, you still have to go to the DMV or auto title transfer office. Some states use Notary's to transfer for the title to the new owner.
