reviews have been removed

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

My question is why are the not so favorable reviews removed and only the four
and five star reviews displayed. I know this for a fact because , while shopping
for a vehicle, visiting several dealers.I was asked to review my experience.I left
a 2 or 3 star review of a dealer i visited just recently 2020.I look at the vehicle  
for sale at this dealer and now the 3 star and 2 star reviews are gone. This
makes me think the reviews on cargurs are not real. maybe cargurs has some
connection to help these dealers sell cars good or bad, and after  having a not
so pleasant visit to these dealers.????

I think all rating sites are biased towards their paying customers (the dealers).
