Why does the radius on search options not work?

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

The radius on the search option does nothing. I still get cars listed from texas. I was doing search on Tesla model S's

Looks like the question is asked often but Cargurus won't answer.

Yeah I noticed that. It is a strong reason I don't use car gurus to search for vehicles. In fact I will probably unsubscribe shortly mostly because there are other options that actually work.
