Intake and exhaust manifolds and oil pan should be all you need to change. I wouldn't change the cam. Check the depth of the pilot hole in crankshaft if you are running a manual transmission.

The truck is a manual and if I don't change the cam won't the fireing order be off bc I know the mustang ho motor has a different fireing order then the F150 just trying to understand before I put the motor in a have to take it back out.

Use the all the engine wiring, the distributor and the ignition module that goes with the motor you are swapping in.

I won't have the wiring or the computer from the mustang it's just a complete motor without the wiring harness I don't believe will check but in case it doesn't how can I make the mustang motor work in the truck
