how do i respond to an offer?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Someone made an offer w/o seeing the car. It is 10 percent below what I
want,of course. Tell me, if CG is a nationwide service, could it be likely that
someone would make an offer on something, w/o seeing the car? or is that
crazy - of course they will always look at it. Or would they say, "Here is my
lowball offer, if you want to entertain it, then I will come out". Or do some
people actually send money and purchase vehicles sight unseen? - thank

All of the above. Lots of spammers and I wouldn't sell or buy a vehicle without test driving it and completing the transaction in person.
