Why Can I not View Inbox Messages?

Why will it not let me look in my inbox at my
messages? It keeps telling me to verify I signed in
while I am signed in. Anyone else have an issue
with this??

I'm not uploading my drivers license and personal info JUST to see a reply from a seller. I'm the buyer! Scummy business model to let me message someone then hold the teply hostage until I give up my info. And no way to opt out or see the fine print on what info you sell to 3rd parties? I'm not wrecking my email, cell phone, and home address with spammers just for the privilege of using cARgUrUZ! I will use another website.
