Why did you remove my poor review of the dealer? The car dealer is running a
scam (selling cars with rolled back miles). By removing my post, you are
encouraging this dealer's deceptive practices and are thus liable.

If you have proof they are tampering with the odometer you need to report them to the DMV office and the Attorney General or at least the local DA.
