Engine light flashing, rough idling, stability track...

One lifter replaced about 2/3 weeks ago now it’s
back doing the SAME THING! I have an 07
Suburban. Is there a real fix for this issue?

An engine light flashing and rough idle indicates a misfire. Whoever did the lifter replacement, have them recheck their work.
