Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 Toyota Camry 2.4 with over 225,000 miles.  I have a p0171
check engine light code. The upstream and downstream O2 sensors have
been replaced.  I clean the mass air flow tube, and soon I will change the mass
airflow sensor. What other areas should I look at? Also, replace the exhaust
with new sections because some areas seem like it had cracks.

This is a code for the system running too lean. Check for vacuum and exhaust leaks. The cracked exhaust may be the culprit.

I checked and the part that was suspicious was swapped out everything else is perfectly sealed

Vacuum leak for sure, perform a smoke test to find where the leak is. It could be a rubber hose to a gasket or oring on the intake.
