96 Lincoln town car, blinkers aren't working. Bulbs and fuses are good. Yes head lights and brake lights

Have you checked voltage and ground, anywhere? You can use test light to check both.

My bad, I hit the wrong button. See the diagram for turn signals. Have you checked those fuses at the top? At first I thought the problem might be the multifunction switch, now I'm wondering about the lighting control module? See the C and D black triangle at bottom, that is voltage for turn signals. Usually the ground wire for lamps is black, check them both voltage and ground. I can only help with testing, good luck.
