Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My dodge ram runs fine but sometimes out of the
blue dies. When I go to start it it just cranks but
wont start. Did a new lift pump and didn't help. But
if I let it sit for like 20 min it will fire up

Diesel? How is the fuel pressure? Are the glow plugs/ intake heater screen working?
