Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2013 Ram Laramie which is having a P0305
trouble code but I am only getting abt 9 mpg and
when i fill it up it only goes up to 190 mile range. I
have changed the coil pack and all plugs. Has anyone
else experienced this issue

I fixed a truck with the same exact problem. it was a broken valve spring

Thanks guys. So if u were me, what would be your next step. Should I run a compression test or look to change the catalytic converter. Basically I'm asking what do I do to confidently determine the problem Instead of guessing.

I'd check compression before replacing anything. If a cylinder (most likely #5) has low compression, you're probably gonna be tearing the motor apart like I did

Compression is 155-160 and the fuel delivery isnt good. Only getting about 9 MPG. I was told that it could be a loose or bad lifter or spring next???
