Hello, There is no accessible relay on the 2007. Or should I say one that the average person can manage and replace. The TPIM board is what controls all of this and much more. However, I put together a post addressing fuel pump/no start issues just today. I discovered that after replacing my pump for the second time in one year, it was not the pump. There is a wiring harness that travels down the frame rail on the driverside of he car. Just past the drivers door there is a connection point between the rear harness and front harness. I started to attempt to disconnect the gray clip and realized with the key in the on position, I heard the dash lights/chimes changed. After wiggling the connection several times, the fuel pump gauge activated as well did the pump and the car started. I now need to disconnect the pin connector and clean the pins, but at least it now started. This all lead to leaving me stranded after just three days prior replacing my fuel pump. Hope it helps.
