Loss of gas mileage after plug change

I had my plugs changed in my 2004 F150 5.4
3v Triton and my mpg went from 15 to 13???

When plugs were changed, maybe the mechanic damaged a plug wire. You might be getting a misfire due to this and that would reduce fuel economy. It will also send raw gasoline into the exhaust system and damage the catalytic converter. You need to address this soon.
