Dodge stratus 2003

My car cranks but it wont start, there is fuel runing it has
spark and compression too, the time belt its in good
condition any body knows what else could be wrong?

Check the battery voltage. Anything below 10 or so volts will not be enough to start. Should do this while cranking and get a reading with a voltmeter.

If the starter is running, it might not be fast enough to actually start the engine. If it sounds like the engine is turning slow at startup, it might be a battery problem. Otherwise, it could be the crankshaft position sensor, or electrical pulse to the injectors, or several other things. You need a mechanic to diagnose this.
