Working for a dealership and wondering what it means when we receive an email address that shows noreply(then customers phone number)@cargurus.com, wondering where exactly those emails go when sending them information from the lead cargus sent us?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I work for a car dealership and CarGurus chat leads come in and we receive
email addresses that say for example:no-reply+9412663***@cargurus.com
I added in *** to hide the rest of phone number, wondering if this is an actual
email address we should be sending an email to or if not, then why is this
added by Cargurus if it is indeed a "no reply" email address?
