I have a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, 5.7 liter
V8. Is this truck capable of pulling a bumper towed
33’ travel trailer. It shows trailer is approximately
6600 # dry weight

If the trailer really is 6,600 pounds it should work but I am skeptical that a 33' trailer is that light. You also need to add in the water and supplies which will probably add an easy 1,000 pounds or more. Does your truck have the tow package? You will also need trailer brakes and the controller and sway control. A weight distributing hitch is also advisable.
