Question type: General

I am still unclear on the process. If I make an offer that is accepted by a private
seller, does CarGurus handle the transaction and ensure that the title owner is
valid and that there are no liens on the vehicle? Do they handle the cash
transfers?

There is no answer in the help section. I asked cargurus on facebook and they said to post my question on here . I don't even think they know. This isn't just for maintenance questions
