An odd continuous humming

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

QUESTION: What are/is the name(s) of the part(s) on a
2000 Chevy Suburban?
A continuous loud humming from the assembly beside the
fuel filter, driver side.
I am unsure when it began, but I first started hearing it
after a day trip from Santa Fe, NM to Albuquerque. I had
shut the car off to grab some food. That's when I began
inspecting and found it.
I attempted the drive home at about 60mph.
That is when a slight yet continuous vibration of a rythmic
nature started.

Made it home and am currently trying to sort this out.
Trying you guys to see if you can make heads or tails of
this.
I'm stumped.

Question is...What is the name of those two parts?
I have looked through for nearly an hour trying to decipher
this.

UPDATE: it is now 10 am-ish and the load humming has finally stopped. Taking it to Autozone to see if they can help. If you guys can still send me what you think might have lead to the caused (unless it was just time for the part(s) to go) please let me know. Thanks a bunch.
