How do I rate a dealer? I had a bad experience with a dealer after the sale. They did not send me the title paperwork to register my car. I want to warn other potential buyers.

I can't answer about the ratings. However, you MUST call the dealer right away and tell them that if they don't get the title ASAP that you are going to the state DMV and file a complaint against the dealership. Be very firm.

I drove to the dealership and got the paperwork. (I live 5 hours away, but happened to be in the area again.) I just want to let other buyers know that they need to be aware of this issue, and stay on the dealer about the paperwork, not trust the dealer to do their job properly.

I found where to rate the dealer, but when I tried the web page said "This email address is blocked." Why is my email address, glhardin@purdue.edu, blocked?
