Setting low end /bottom side to 1850

What does it mean to set the low side/bottom end
to 1850 on a 2001 freightliner Classic XL Detroit 50
series engine

It might be fuel injector pump pressure. Engine speed is usually 500 rpms at idle and 2100 rpms at maximum. A diesel mechanic could help you over the phone maybe.
