Infiniti qx60 acceleration hesitation

I just bought an Infiniti qx60 and right after we bought it
and got home we noticed sometime when you put it in
reverse or drive and press the peddle it wont go or rev
unless you floor it or put it in neutral or park then put it back
in gear then it will go just like nothing happened. It doesnt
throw a code or anything. Please does someone have any
idea what could be going on.

But with it not revving and acting like it doesnt register the peddle. Wouldnt it be more electrical?
