Still waiting for lien on car guru purchased car

I purchased a car advertised on car guru last April
I purchased the car thru Car Guru
CarGurus refereed me to AutoPay...
I have been waiting for the lien to get temporary tags so
I can return to my home state since the middle of April
It is now May 23,2019
I have been getting the run around that Subaru sent them on the 19th or
23rd of April depending on who you speak with at Auto pay...
Auto Pay said they never received them... Supposedly Auto Pay was told by
Subaru that they would send another copy May 9th and it would take 3 to 10
business days to get them...
Well guess what???  Auto Pay still doesn’t know where they are....
So... What to do???  I have a vehicle with no plates or tags that I’ve paid for
and can’t get plates or tags to drive it to my home state....
Needless to say I’m having medical issues I need to take care of and can’t get
home to do so...  What to do???
