a dealer had a car for me. I looked at the car and test drove it. it rattled under passenger seat. dealer said he would have his mechanics inspect car for it. called me back and said he found engine cylinder compression serious issue. installed rebuilt engine. i drove it again and it still made noises. told dealer and his scummy brother who works on the mechanical. did not buy the car. he later sold car. i noticed before he sold car that he did not disclose a newly installed used engine. is that a violation to car gurus and legally somehow?
