97 5.9 swap into 99 5.9

I have a 99 dodge 1500 I swapped a 5.9 motor from my 97.
Now it wont fire. How can I get it too first fire and do I need
to change the ecm? I swapped the altinater and starter and
things like that so the plugs all fit. I know it's getting fuel
but I'm confused
