My Honda fit jerks when accelarating

So its throwing a Fit. Is it a manual? Has it had a full engine service? Knda sounds like timing but could be brought on by needing a service. Is the check engine light on? if so get auto-zone to scan it.

HONDA JAZZ JERKING WHEN DRIVING WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM AS I CHANGED THE PLUGS ALSO BUT STILL JERKING AND SMOTHERING WHEN DRIVING
