follow the brake pedal bracket to the top, push the brake pedal down and twist the brake lamp switch counterclockwise to release from, the bracket. remove the wiring connector. install the new by pressing down on the brake pedal as far as you can. twist clockwise into the bracket. the new switch has a self adjusting ratchet type depth sensor for pedal full up position, this is a one time use only do not try to reset it, brake lamp switch failure can result. Reinstall your connector and have check for proper brake lamp operation.
