how to remove top dead center pin

the pin that engages into the cam at top dead center seems to be corroded i have applied a lot of wd 40 and tried to turn the pin no luck so if i want to take the pin out of the block and if it needs to be replaced i will.how does one remove the pin i am working on my motor home 1994

This pin is built in to the cam,and cannot be removed,you would have to replace the whole cam,steel wool,fine sand paper,and elbow grease to polish the pin.
