my 1996 dodge cummins trans will not shift its like it ran out of fluid

the trans has been rebuilt has a billet converter and is full of fluid i drooped the pan it was
pretty clean and filter was attached i was driving down the road it was shifting fine then
just quit ?

try the trans cooler is blocked or the line from the old trans,mine did the same thing,but now it has a don't wanna shift once in awhile after heay traffic or about 100 miles,its critical for dode,because in returnd on the overdrive then to the pan!
