If it is a fuse, you have a fuse panel on the driver side of the dash. If you open up the driver door, its right in the corner. You should see something that says "pull to remove" or "fuse panel". If you dont see any problems there, there is another one under the hood. Pop your hood and on the driver side, again, there will be a bigger box looking shape that says fuse panel on the top of it. You should look on the back of the top of the fuse panel box or the one in the driver side door and it should tell you which fuse the headlights are.
