I have a 2013 ram 1500. 4 wheel drive works fine, but I notice when I'm ina parking lot it feels like the wheels are slipping or chattering. My 2008 did the same thing. Is this common?

If you are locked in four wheel drive on pavement, yes it is normal. But I would avoid turning sharp on pavement when locked in four wheel drive.
