Sounds like a bad ground, you still have all the different speeds when it works?

The blower only worked on high when it did work, but if I hit the dash with my fist, sometime it'll come on high only. If I turn it on low, I can't hear the fan blowing but I can feel it heating a little. I changed the resistor about 6 months ago and it worked fine, but having another issue now.

I went threw 5 resistors until one would stay working. Hope you have your receipt, my resistor is warrantied for 3 years. I believe it is in the resistor.

Thanks a lot, you've been a big help. I'll start with the cheapest fix first and go from there..
