How to find a vacuum leak

Car stalled, put on Machine, it said there was a vacuum leak. I bought a can of carburetor cleaner & sprayed looking 4 it. I need specifics.

well as I always suggest....change out those black butyl-rubber (chewing gum and coal tar) with silicone lines...they are about ten times the cost, but worth every penny as they will not crack take on oil, yet remain supple their entire life (a bit like silicone implants, now that I think of it)...no doubt the older NEON is made with quickly deteriorating rubber~ just take them one at a time so as to not lose track of who is connected to whom...okay~
