Battery terminals crossed

My 2013 caravan battery died so i took the battery
out of my 2007 well the poles are opposite so now
the ac only blows hot air, i had the system checked
it is full of coolant and not leaking any ideas?

Check fuse and relay for AC. You probably have both. MGCLT is the compressor relay. These could have blown with crossed battery wires. Pray you did not blow the ECM! This is possible when the battery is hooked up backwards.
