Are all parts compatible from a 2003 to a 2007
need a new front end meaning the whole thing

Suspension wise, yeah, pretty much the same across the board. The sway bar, may have different diameters. Also EXT rotors and caliper brackets are bigger, but can use them in a SWB, it's actually an upgrade I'm going to do myself. If you're doing the grill and headlights too, make sure you're 03 LS to 07 LS or same trim styles for both. LT and LS don't mix, and are completely different.
