Plus on the 98 blazer when u try to crank it its like its out of time or something it makes a bad noise and will about stop the starter from turning over but it will finly crank for now.

Sounds like a timing issue...How did this all start, like all of a sudden, progressively or working on it?

Progressively keep getting worse. My blazer ajust timming its self don't no if it might have something to do with that

There sparks come off some of plug wires where it plugs on plug and sparks come out coil. U can only c the spark in the dark and my wires ant that old.

So let me get this straight, the engine is barely turning over, but will start if it spins fast enough? One problem is when you mentioned about the lights going dim when you rev it up, that is a slipping belt that would be stretched or a weak belt tension-er and bad idler pulley. In this case the alternator would not be able to charge the battery properly. A run down battery fits what you describe, am I on the right track?
