interior lighting

okay so i just bought this van,it has custom 12v interior lighting,the guy i bought it from said he was trying to install a new cig lighter and  the electric mirrors and all the int lights stopped working,obviously i went thru the fuse box under the stearing column and found no bad fuses,but it looks to me that someone tried to put in a new fuse block,but i can only trace out the grounds.any advice?

Take your pasenger fuse box oit thats the one either on back behind the drivers left at foot af the capt chair and check if boardhas any burnt marks if it does resolder the points with wire to bridge the bad area check all fuses fusible links 2 under hood as eell
