Can you swap the engine and transmission from a 2013 FWD Honda Pilot  to a
2015 4wd Honda Pilot. If so will it still be 4wd.

No and No. totally incompatible with the vehicles electronic systems.

It's almost impossible to swap older engines into newer cars today. Too many electronic system upgrades to support the older engine technology. If you were to use a 2015 FWD engine & trans, the FWD trans would still be different from the AWD version.
