Timing belt broke is the engine toast?

3.5 liter Honda accord timing belt broke. crank pulley turns but head pullies do not.  does that mean the crank broke? There's no compression when turning the crank pulley it just spins pretty freely and like I said the head pullies no longer turn with the crank

The head pulleys are connected to the crankshaft pulley by the timing belt. So with a broken timing belt the head pulleys won't turn. You have no compression because the valves are not closing so compression can build up in the cylinders. As long as you don't have an interference engine, resetting the valve timing and replacing the timing belt will restore your compression and get you back on the road. Hope that helps! Jim
