Lincoln Mark VIII Suspension Flat and TIres are Flat

My Lincoln Mark VIII was in storage and the tires went flat and the air suspension leaked so it is sitting with the frame on the ground. Is there anywhere on the car that I can place a jack to jack it up to replace the tires?
