Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The fabric is coming off the windshield posts, can anyone recommend an easy permanent fix?

Used contact cement on the drivers side, glue oozed through now it really looks like sh**. Will try my 3M Supper 77 spray adhesive on the left hand side to see whether that works better. For a car that "safe" and costly, the interior trim sure leaves lots to be desired.

actually its relatively easy to replace headliner its just a matter of spending the time to disassemble and pull it out and remove all the old material and spray crud, laying it up side up and getting light weight material of say nylon feel, and cutting areas that hold lights and other items AFTER you spray the unit with adhesive and let it tack, then lay your material down and middle to side smooth it down, let it set THEN cut your holes. tuck the fabric back and reinstall headliner. takes about 3 hours to do.
