1990 SAAB 900S. HELP PLEASE

I have power to my speedometor and ciggrette
lighter(all the green lights) but the (red) warning
light ABS light SRS light break light ect. DONT
come on and it wont let me put my windows up
either/close them acts like its going to start but
just wont

Destiny- you look like a nice girl- why the Saab?! just get rid of it and let somebody who has the Saab virus deal with it- before something really bad goes wrong- and it will-
