Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It will turn over now but will not crank, also there is a green light with a key in it coming on. Is there a way to fix this without taking to a dealer?

I tried to find a DIY way to program key, but Jim~ as always ~is right. The Mitsubishi Galant is different than most and special tools are needed. like a high end OBD scanner
