I bought my 1985/2 at 35,000 miles and now Its at 125,000, I have replaced the waterpump once and the timeing belt twice just to stay safe. Its a great car.

215,000 when my '85 was totaled. 129,000 when I bought my first '86 944, non working odometer, probably has 140,000 on it now 150,000 on my work in progress '86 944. 80,000 on my '84 944.

Bought my first car, 87' 944 with a broken odo at 160k for $2,500. The cylinder head went at around 230k my best guess. They can run pretty damn strong. My S2 went to 105k before having to change the dangerously worn cam chain tensioner.

Your Answer:

944
