Can I take a legacy Engine Then swap it for a Impreza engine

Are we talking about swapping a 2.5 litre Four from the Imprezza into the Outback? Yes, I would imagine that is possible. If they've different sized engines, maybe not. You're going to have this done professionally, correct? How old is the replacement engine? Are you purchasing it from a salvage yard? I would definitely not recommend a turbocharged engine.
