Front wobble

Replaced brake pads and now
have a wobble. Passenger front
caliper stuck open. Can this cause
wobble

Bleed brakes and are in best shape ever but still wobbles. Sometimes when I jack it up and work on it the thing stops for a while. Could it be tie rod ends and maybe jacking it up pops it in place for a while.
