A RAT Bite my fuel rail fuel sensor vacuum line that goes to the back of the
manifold and to the ECG Valve so my car dont start. Where can I find a
replacement

any auto parts store. They might have some parts and same diameter hose that you can splice the into the line to make a repair. If you can have a piece of the hose, take it with you to match it up.
